A little backstory

Working in Switzerland since 1948, the company has built a solid reputation of service and competence in its field: residential and industrial heating, cooling and ventilation.

In a rapidly changing industry, the company has developed a broad and innovative expertise in the remote management of buildings.

In 1991, the company merged with Dalkia operations in Switzerland, the world leader in this sector, which has carried out major operations throughout Europe.

In 2000, partnership with SIG allowed us to create the joint venture CADIOM (distance heating by waste incineration).

As part of its development of heat networks, in 2006 CGC Energy acquired the heating network of the city of Crissier (west of Lausanne) for the incineration of wood, under the name "CRICAD Energy SA".

The acquisition of TRAITAIR in 2008 contributed to the development of air conditioning and ventilation activities in the Canton of Geneva.

In 2012, as part of a "Management Buy Out", Jean-Philippe Louet (CEO) took over all of Dalkia (Suisse) SA operations, in partnership with SIG.

With its experience and its various acquisitions, CGC Energy is now a leader in energy services.
